On each of our job application forms, you'll be asked for your contact details (including an email address that we'll use to reach out), the country where you reside, your resume, a cover letter, your creative outlet (e.g., music, painting, dancing, hiking, bird watching, etc.), and anything else you'd like to let us know about you.
It depends. Each job is different. Once you've submitted your application, we'll review it and reach out with more details within a few business days. We may request one or more remote interviews with various members of our team. We're a company with a flatter hierarchy, so you may even get the opportunity to interview with our CEO! But don't worry, these interviews are meant to be relaxed and conversational, so that we can get to know you better as a person. Just be yourself.

For our Client Support Specialist roles, we may ask you some mini case questions. There are no right or wrong answers to these. Rather, we're looking to understand how you think, how you approach problems, how resourceful you are, and how you handle unknowns.
We are headquartered in Toronto, Canada, but we also have team members in Serbia, India, and the Philippines. We consider ourselves to be geo-agnostic and are open to hiring folks from all over the world.
We're embracing a flexible work environment with both remote and in-person roles, and we're opening more office locations soon. Each job listing will clearly state whether it's remote, on-site, or hybrid, so you can find the setup that suits you best.
There's really no such thing as a "typical day" here. For our customer support team, each day is different, just like the markets we serve. And because we operate with a flat, nimble structure, we can pivot quickly whenever customer demands change. There's always something new to keep you on your toes.
First and foremost, be yourself. We're looking for authentic people who aren't trying to tell us what we want to hear. Rather, we're looking for natural fits: people who share our values and interests and want to contribute to, and further, the goals of the company.

Second, come prepared. We don't expect every applicant to have a complete, unshakable understanding of the financial hosting industry. But we do expect you to do your research about the company and the industry. A baseline level of knowledge is critical for us to be able to have an effective conversation with you.
